You’re Mentally Checked-Out

If you feel like you are on a hamster wheel and going round and round, then you have probably checked out of your job. If the mere thought of sitting at your desk is enough to make your heart sink then this indicates that it is time for you to make a change. If you don’t make a change then you may find that you go on to experience depression and anxiety, which is the last thing you need. If you want a job that’s more exciting or that provides you with more opportunities, why not sign up with traveling nurse agencies?

You’re Numbing Yourself

Do you find that you have started with some bad habits? If so then a lot of this could well stem from you not being happy at work. It may be that you go for too many takeaways or that you simply feel as though you constantly need to shop online to relieve tension. If this is the case then now is the time for you to make a change. You need to think about why you are unhappy in your current position while also thinking about what you can do to make a positive difference. If you can do that, then you can put an end to your bad habits once and for all.

You’re Staying for the Money

If the main reason you show up to work is for the money, then now is the time for you to move on. Sure, you might have bills to pay but there are so many ways for you to make money. You don’t have to be miserable, to increase your income. When you do something just to make money, you won’t be giving yourself much chance to be happy. You may find that you fear taking risks and that you also don’t follow your passion.  A lot of this comes down to the fact that you have a survival mentality. The money you are making, will end up being a prison, and this will lead to complacency. If you want to avoid this, seek a new job that actually reflects your passions.

Your Relationships are Suffering

If your job is taking a huge toll on your personal life or if you are losing your friends and romantic relationships as a result then now is the time for you to think about whether or not you’re in the right job. If you don’t have passion for your job then this is another major red flag, so make sure that you do what you can to avoid this if possible.
