As one of the adults in the household, it falls to you to try and get your family to eat as healthily as possible. You can find a number of these online such as a 15-minute spicy noodle recipe which is good for you but also tastes incredible. Now, you’re going to have to tailor the spices in some recipes because it’s likely that not everyone in your house likes spicy food, but that’s okay. You can follow these recipes and change them slightly to whatever fits the preferences of your family.

Spend some time looking around online, or check out some cool cookbooks and see what you can find. You never know if you’re going to like something until you try it, and the same goes for your family.

Get Creative

Finally, you don’t have to follow a recipe if you don’t want to. You can get creative and find some fresh, healthy ingredients, blending them together to create a yummy dish for meal times. It’s a bit of a gamble, and sometimes your mixtures might not work, but at some point, you’re going to find what does go together well, and it’s going to be a big hit in your house.

Keep in mind though that not everyone likes the same things, and if one doesn’t like an ingredient that you put in the meal and know it’s there, they’re not going to want to eat it. As such, it’s best not to tell your family what you have put in it until they’ve eaten it. Sneaky, but effective.
