Matthew Santoro is best known for his popular Youtube channel where he talks about weird, fun, and interesting facts. Recently, Matthew took those facts and made a handy book filled with Mind blowing things you may have never known about the world around you.

MIND = BLOWN: Amazing Facts about This Weird, Hilarious, Insane World is a 234 page resource of things you probably never heard about in the news or read in your history books.

I like to consider myself a walking encyclopedia of useless knowledge and to be honest, it's my favorite thing to learn. Sure, you can have great conversations about current events with your friends, family, and coworkers, but when you pull out that one unknown fact that blows their mind, it kicks that conversation up a notch. I'm known for my randomness. I will shout out a useless fact out of no where, no matter where I am or what I'm doing. If in that moment I remember something fun that no one else knows about, I'll use that opportunity to entertain as well as educate them. History and the news don't tell you everything, but Matthew Santoro certainly is going to try.

I love how this book is laid out. You can read a few quick facts at a time or just read through as many pages as you want or have time for at that moment. Honestly, the cover of the book reminds me of another useless knowledge favorite of mine... You Don't Know Jack. Am I the only one that remembers that game? At any rate, it was a trivia game where you were asked pretty obscure questions that you might think to yourself "When on Earth would I have ever learned this and why would I need to?"

Put aside the fact that you can entertain your friends and family, impress coworkers and your boss, and make strangers on the street look at you like you're an odd duck, these are the types of obscure things you find on game shows. Who Want's to be a Millionaire? I'm sure you do!

No but seriously, little facts like these are always fun to read (or watch if you follow him on Youtube).

Matthew has even added fun and interesting facts sent in from a lot of his viewers from his Youtube channel as an added bonus.

For instance, did you know that some cities have dopplegangers?
Your stomach acid can dissolve metal?
That Moscow had a serial killer bear mascot?

Those are just a few of the facts in this book which you will find with more detail and story to them.
