CrazyCups Coffee: Blackberry Meringue

I've grown to love flavored coffees so much that at this point, I refuse to drink regular coffee. Since I love blackberry to begin with, I was really excited to see that this month's flavor was blackberry meringue.

This medium roast coffee has a delectable blackberry flavor. With a slight bitterness that you expect from the first bite of a blackberry straight off the bush, the sweetness of the meringue mixes very well and brings in not only a very flavorful java, but the aroma is to die for.

I paired mine with a quick and easy mixed berry cobbler, which I made by filling a glass pie dish with frozen mixed berries, topping with vanilla cake mix, and layering pats of butter over the cake mix, then baking in my oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cake mix and butter was combined and cake mix is no longer powdery.

My husband usually doesn't do flavored coffees unless it's blueberry, but he really enjoyed this flavor with a little vanilla creamer and sugar.

At this time of year, I usually am seen with hot beverages all day long. But once summer hits, I think this flavor is going to be amazing as a frozen coffee!
