Nuphorin™ Anxiety Relief

I suffer from BDD plus I'm also the victim of vicious cyberstalking, harassment, and cyberbullying to the point where leaving my house sometimes gives me great anxiety and panic attacks. Some days I even get panic and anxiety attacks while I'm at home because of it. This is by all means no substitute for doctor prescribed medication, however, if you have horrible insurance that barely covers prescriptions (Like I do), this is the next best thing. It doesn't make you sleepy or give you a "high" feeling. It just gives you a calming feeling. I usually take one before leaving the house, but I also carry some with me just in case I'm out for a long period of time and it wears off or I feel like I need a little extra. It's fast acting and works in as little as 15 minutes. The directions on the bottle say to take up to two times a day, but definitely do not exceed that amount though. If you feel like you need more, I would highly suggest seeing a doctor so you can be placed on something a little stronger or set up an appointment to talk with someone. I'd like to be able to find out if they keep you awake at night or not, but I suffer from pretty bad insomnia as it is, so I was unable to accurately test that. All in all, I would say that this is a pretty decent quick fix and good product to have on hand if you suffer from a lot of stress and anxiety.
