Mira Bathroom Scale Review

Mira is a company that makes quite a few different products, but their bathroom scales are some of the sleekest and most modern designs I have seen.

This is their digital bathroom scale with Bluetooth capabilities. Pay no attention to the foot prints on the scale. Literally every person in my house at the time it arrived had a go at weighing their selves on it before I could get pictures.

Okay, so the fact that it shows foot prints very easily is a bit of a con, but unless you are really obsessed with it, you can over look that aspect once you realize how cool this thing is.

Readout is instantaneous and very accurate on this. As soon as you step on it, it turns itself on and begins to calculate your weight.

Goodness! Those holiday calories really snuck up on me! An 11 pound gain!
At any rate, you can see that the screen is bright and easy to read. The scale has an automatic shut off, which will happen 8 seconds after you step off of it.

Now, as previously mentioned,  it also has Bluetooth capabilities and can be synced to phones and tablets if you choose to do so. You don't need to connect it to any apps to use it though. You can use it as a stand alone scale, which is what we do. It does have 4 precision sensors to give you the most accurate reading and is powered by 4 x AAA batteries which are included so you can start using your scale as soon as it arrives. It took me literally two minutes and 4 steps. Open the box, put the batteries in the back, flip it over, and once it registers the batteries (which is really quickly), step right on it and give 'er a go!

I love that I don't have to squint my failing eyes to see the numbers on the scale and I also really like that it's all numbers. No trying to figure out if it's "on the line or not on the line" as you would with a regular bathroom scale.

If you would like to purchase one of your own, you can find it on Amazon for $59.99 with Prime.
