100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract - "As seen on Oz" -

There has been a lot of hype surrounding coffee bean extract and it's weight loss properties. As a matter of fact, it's backed by Dr. Oz!

I received a bottle of it from Xium free to test out and do a review for you guys! That's right, I'm willing to be the guinea pig all for the sake of giving you all an honest opinion on it.

This is how it comes. Not much going on looks wise.

A little bit of info on the back of the box and unfortunately not much else in the way of info.

Inside the box was the bottle of pills and three cards about the product and it's company, however once again, not much in the way of information like other brands give you.

So as you can see, the bottle is about half full of pills. I feel like they could have saved money by making it a smaller bottle, in turn making the amount the customers pay a bit less, but that's a minor gripe.

The pills are actually rather small. maybe slightly bigger than an Advil. Which is great, because if you are anything like me, you have a hard time swallowing those horse pills they market from other "Weight Loss Companies"

The instructions say to two pills with water, twice a day. So 4 pills daily. My recommendation (and what I chose to do) is to take two in the mid morning and two about an hour before dinner. Space them out a bit as it depends on when you eat dinner. If you eat an early dinner, you'll probably want to take the first dose as soon as you wake up. We tend to have our dinner around 5:30-6 most nights to give you an idea.

My intention was to do a full month of these (or however long they lasted) and do a full review. However, I want to say that the results of me testing it for two weeks was enough for me to want to want to do a review earlier than expected.

I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical. I had recently tested out a different weight loss product that essentially just kept my appetite down, but hadn't really shed any pounds. This product was different. In the two weeks that I have been testing this, I lost 3 pounds. For some people reading this, that might not seem like much and for others that may seem amazing. To me, I think it's pretty amazing since I had hit a 10 pounds to go type plateau in my normal weight loss and had basically just hung out there like it was home for almost a year.

Now, it could possibly (more than likely really) just be water weight that I'm losing. Even if that's the case, this is still fantastic in book.

My only disclaimer on this is that just like anything out there that is in reference to a person's body, this will effect each person differently. just because I lost 3 pounds in two weeks doesn't mean you will lose that amount. You may lose less or you could possibly even lose more. You need to take a lot of factors into consideration. Start weight, height, metabolism, activeness...

But my general thoughts on this is that it's worth a try, whether it be this particular brand or something you found at Walmart. If your interests have been piqued, you can check out the companies web site HERE

And as always, do your research and remember to check with your doctor before taking any kind of drugs especially for weight loss!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
